Salon Policies

Cancellations:

Clients that cancel outside of 24 hours before services will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Within 24 hours a $30 cancellation fee will assessed.

NO SHOWS are charged 50% of the service price. 

Cancellation fees must be paid before any future services are booked.

Lateness
Clients have a 15 minute grace period for appointments. After 15 minutes, The Beauty Regimen reserves the right to adjust your steam time/style options, charge a $25 fee, or cancel your appointment. Please prepare for traffic delays in advance. :)

To enter MY SALON SUITE

There is only one entrance into the physical building. You must enter MY SALON SUITE via the complimentary parking garage. To locate parking in the complimentary garage, you can enter on 10th street across from the QT or Northside Drive near PEACHTREE ORTHOPEDICS. Once you arrive in the garage please park on the 1st or 2nd floor in spaces that have signage for retail or guest parking.
